What it does:
- A searchable FAQ below the sign-in area; typing filters the questions instantly.
- Seven ready-made answers for the questions every chat site gets, all editable in config.php.
- Each answer opens and closes with a click or the keyboard.
- "Read the FAQ" button scrolls visitors straight to the answers.
Also included: works with any site theme (its own class names, so themes cannot repaint it), every text editable in config.php, mobile ready, keyboard accessible, reduced-motion friendly.
Install: upload the Helpdesk folder to control/login/, then choose Helpdesk as the login page in Admin > Settings. No database changes, no core files touched.
